Our Founder

Dianne Binda, MBA, founded Dicabi with a clear purpose: to help education programs operate more efficiently, lead with confidence, and create safer, stronger environments for children and staff.

With more than two decades of experience in education, leadership, operations, and quality management, Dianne understands the day-to-day challenges that early childhood programs, Head Start/Early Head Start organizations, and education leaders face. She has seen how complex requirements, staffing pressures, documentation demands, and facility concerns can make it difficult for teams to focus on what matters most: supporting children, families, and the people who serve them.

Through Dicabi, Dianne brings together her business expertise, education experience, and passion for innovation to help organizations improve how they work. Her MBA in Innovation Management from North Carolina State University, strengthens her ability to blend strategy, technology, and practical solutions that help programs become more organized, compliant, and future-ready.

Known for her collaborative leadership style and commitment to training and technical assistance, Dianne is passionate about empowering teams, strengthening operations, and helping education programs build safe, supportive learning environments where children and staff can thrive.
