Cancellations

To obtain a refund for cancellation, please send an email to admin@dicabi.com. To receive a full refund, a cancellation email must be received 20 days prior to the event date; 50% partial refunds will be given for cancellations up to 20 days prior to the event date. The registration fee will be refunded, as is a $30.00 enrollment charge. No refunds will be made less than 15 business days prior to the training. However, you may designate someone else to attend in your place. After the cancellation deadline date, no refunds will be provided, and the full invoiced amount will be due.

Dicabi reserves the right to cancel the event if enrollment criteria are not met or when conditions beyond our control prevail. In the event of cancellation, each registrant will be contacted. Dicabi's liability is limited to refunding registration fees only.
