Head Start Health & Safety Institute

April 21st and 22nd, 2026. 

This two-day training institute will provide an in-depth overview of the health and safety requirements for Head Start and Early Head Start programs. Participants will gain knowledge of the Head Start Program Performance Standards (HSPPS), including the health, oral health, mental health, and nutrition services outlined in 1302 Subpart D. Real-world examples will illustrate the practical application of these standards. The institute aims to enhance participants' skills in meeting requirements, preparing for health and safety monitoring,  and utilizing tools for effective data management and compliance.

Cancellations

To obtain a refund for cancellation, please send an email to admin@dicabi.com. To receive a full refund, a cancellation email must be received 60 days prior to the event date. The registration fee will be refunded, with a $30.00 enrollment charge deduction. No refunds will be made less than 30 business days prior to the training. However, you may designate someone else to attend in your place. After the cancellation deadline date, no refunds will be provided, and the full invoiced amount will be due.

Dicabi reserves the right to cancel the event if enrollment criteria are not met or when conditions beyond our control prevail. In the event of cancellation, each registrant will be contacted. Dicabi's liability is limited to refunding registration fees only.
