Founder

Dianne Binda is the Founder of Dicabi Solutions, LLC. She has more than two decades of professional experience in education and leadership roles. She is skilled in motivating and leading cross-functional teams, leading operations, providing direction for developing and implementing quality management systems, and providing training and technical assistance for Head Start Management Systems, Data Management, Head Start Service Areas, Building Capacity, Competency Modeling, and Leadership Development. 

Dianne is passionate about leadership development, diversity and inclusion, coaching and mentorship, and advocates for vulnerable children and families. She believes that children’s early experiences can impact them for a lifetime and is committed to promoting equitable access to comprehensive development and educational services. 

Dianne holds a master’s of Business Administration with a major in Innovation Management and a Business Leadership Certification from North Carolina State University. She previously earned her bachelor’s of Business Administration from Strayer University, an associate of Early Childhood Education from Wake Technical College, Raleigh North Carolina, and a Head Start Management Fellows Certificate of Leadership from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Dianne was born and raised in Guyana, South America, and moved to the United States in 1994. She currently resides in North Carolina and enjoys traveling, cooking, coordinating events, and spending time with family and friends.
