To obtain a refund, for cancellation, please send an email to admin@dicabi.com. To receive a full refund, a cancellation email must be received 20 days prior to the event date, 50% partial refunds will be given for cancellations up to 20 days prior to the event date. Registration fee will be refunded leas a $30.00 enrollment charge. No refunds will be made less than 15 business days prior to the training, however you may designate someone else to attend in your place.  After the cancellations deadline date, no refunds will be provided, and the full invoiced amount will be due.

Dicabi Solutions, LLC reserves the right to cancel the event if enrollment criteria are not met or when conditions beyond our control prevail. In the event of cancellation, each registrant will be contacted. The liability of Dicabi Solution, LLC is limited to the refund of registration fees only.
